Passers – 1 ref – $14, each coach pays $7

Flyers & Wings – 2 refs – $18, each coach pays one of the refs $18

One ref shows up, both coaches pay $18 and notify referee assigner that only ref showed up.

Strikers – 2 refs – $20, each coach pays one of the refs $20

One ref shows up, both coaches pay $20 and notify referee assigner that only ref showed up.

Kickers – 2 refs – $22, each coach pays one of the refs $22
